Reasons why the Concord Twp Planning Commission must deny the developer’s application to develop Beaver Valley

We all know many of the reasons why Beaver Valley shouldn’t be developed - increased traffic, higher school taxes, loss of precious environmental and historical resources, degradation of the adjacent National Park, threats to Wilmington’s drinking water supply, safety concerns, loss of equestrian, hiking, running and biking trails and more! However, tonight’s meeting will likely focus on the important legal reasons the developers should not be permitted to bulldoze the Valley.
